After much thought and after spending 20 years working to the State of California, I like many have had it--not only with the serious mismanagement of the State's financial affairs, but with the mismanagement and total ineptitude of senior managers and appointed and elected officials throughout California.
This blog, through numerous postings, some that will probably ire both State Workers (SWs) and taxpayers alike, will divulge and highlight how some tax payer money-both state and federal money is being spent and misspent. Some posting may be interpreted by others as "raging against the machine", but as the years churn on I have come to realize that many things that are happening now are just more of the same, and that the stage for California's current disrepair was set over a long period of time; and that the stars have been comprised of Grade B or less actors and players.
